Thanks to generous donations from CSC members, trade unions and supporters, our appeal to send life-saving medical aid to Cuba has already raised tens of thousands of pounds!
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has donated to the Cuba Vive appeal. It’s fantastic that we have already raised £30,000. But we are aiming much higher so that we can send more than one container of aid and fulfil all the requests we have had from the Cuban health union for medicines and supplies .
CSC members recently returned from the island report that the shortages are currently so profound that in some places syringes are being sterilised so that they can be reused three times. So every pound you donate will make a real impact and help Cuban health workers and patients.
